牛建军，现任上海财经大学会计学院(会计与财务研究院)副教授，硕士生导师。研究兴趣主要集中于资本市场会计研究，包括基本分析与证券定价、市场异象与市场效率。最近几年在管理世界、会计研究，中国会计评论等杂志发表了多篇文章。并且参与编写了一些有关的学术著作及译著。主要讲授的课程为财务会计，财务报告（国际会计准则）以及资本市场会计专题。 牛建军先后从山西财经大学、天津商学院、北京大学取得经济学学士（2000年）、会计学硕士（2003年）和会计学博士学位（2007年），2007加入上海财经大学担任教职。
